2023 - Present

A whitelabel telemedicine web app, with fully integrated payments and selfhosted video calls. Currently with 4 B2B customers. Developed from ground up with a partner.

2023 - Present

A complete rewrite of the Phonefix phone formatting application made with PHP Laravel. Currently running production in beta. Developed from ground up solo.

X2 Connect (as developer)

2022 - Present

Robust integration between affiliate platforms such as Eduzz and Hotmart and Bitrix24 CRM. Production project with 15+ customers. Developed from ground up solo.

Phonefix (as developer)

2022 - Present

This API solves phone formatting problems on the Bitrix API CRM. It is used on production by more than 20 customers daily, processing more than 230K requests per day. Developed from ground up solo.

Confidential ISP Project (as developer)

2022 - 2022

Integration between the ERP of one of the largest ISP providers in north of Brazil and the Bitrix24 CRM. Project handed to client and is running on production. Developed from ground up solo.

Eduzz Affiliates (as product manager)

2020 - 2022

A full fledged affiliate marketplace with payments integration, KYC, anti fraud algorithms. More than 22 million users over it’s lifespan and 1 million active users monthly. R$ 45 million generated monthly at it’s peak. Project ran on production for two years before it’s full acquisition by Eduzz. Conceptualized and managed the development from ground up over it’s lifespan.

Customer Support Chatbot with AI (as developer)

2018 - 2020

A Customer Support Chatbot using IBM Watson’s conversation AI. The bot handled more than 60% of the chats at its peak by helping customers with simple questions or basic tasks, which were the majority of the requests we received. The bot was integrated with a webpage chat and WhatsApp’s API - the latter using a middle man partner, as WA’s APIs at the time were basic and not everybody had access to. The chatbot’s AI was made using IBM Watson’s capabilites, and Python was used to make some integrations with backend APIs. I developed the chatbot from ground up and even participated in the Bradesco’s AI Congresses (BIA - Bradesco Inteligência Artificial) at the time to get along with AI.
